You hand your money over and as soon as you are out the door you light up. I bet you haven't put a single thought into where those hard earn dollars are heading, have you.

A lot of it is tax, and will go straight to the government. As a smoker you know this fact and most probably detest it.

But what about the rest of the money, where does that go? Well let me tell you, it is going straight into the pockets of the tobacco company executives. These are the people who convinced you when you were young that smoking is 'cool.'

If you continue to smoke, then sadly these are also the people who will be responsible for your premature death. Guess what? You are paying them for that privilege!

These tobacco executive are some of the most evil people on the planet. Every day they sit in their boardrooms, plotting and scheming on how to get the next generation of youngsters hooked on tobacco. They no longer worry about your generation, the vast majority of smokers start in their teens. Most smokers from your generation will be filling these executives' pockets with money for the rest of their (shortened) lives. 

For over a century they have marketed a product to the masses that they know is highly addictive and causes death. They have convinced millions from across the globe to commit slow and painful suicide in order to make money.

Are they punished for these millions of lives lost? No. 

Are they punished for the pain they have caused to the many million more family members who have lost someone because of smoking? No again.

Quite the opposite in fact is true. Instead of being punished, they are rewarded, with six and even seven figure salaries. They get to live the life of the rich and famous from peddling pain, misery and death.

Do you think this fazes them? Of course it doesn't. They have no regard for human life and suffering, no conscience and no soul. If they had any of these would they be in the line of work that they are?

Do you really want to keep lining the pockets of these scumbags with your hard earned cash?

Every time you buy a pack of cigarettes you justify what they do, you give them more income which they will use to figure out new and innovative ways of entrapping future generations.

The only way to prevent this is to quit, they don't deserve anyone's money, especially not yours.  Stop rewarding them for killing others but most of all stop rewarding them for killing you.
